VALLEY VILLAGE

Lush landscapes, high home values, and a charter school with a near perfect API score, makes Valley Village one of the most sought after communities in the SFV. Originally part of North Hollywood, a small group of owners rallied to get their two square miles separated into their own bedroom community. Centered perfectly, Valley Village is cradled by the NoHo Arts District, Studio City, and Sherman Oaks.
With a strong Neighborhood Council and Homeowners Association, locals have described living here as a “slice of sweet life.” If you want something even sweeter, swing by Royal Macaron, or Marie et Cie., where you can also shop for furniture, candles and other nifty unique gifts. Fitness fans can pas de bourrée their way to the original Cardio Barre on Riverside or get their WODs at Angelino Crossfit.
