Hey, it's Edgar! We get a lot of clients that aren't sure if it's even a good time to purchase real estate. San Fernando Valley prices are going high, interest rates are increasing, and it looks like there isn't an end in sight.

I break down why buying real estate is always a good idea. Unless you're living/renting for incredibly cheap somewhere else, like a family member's house, you need to own your own house. It's an incredibly powerful investment that rivals and even exceeds other opportunities. And the best thing is - this is an investment you can live in. You can't do that with stocks or startups!
