All right, guys, who are three things that you can do in the San Fernando Valley that you probably will never be able to do again. Number one is anything 405- or 101-related. That thing is empty throughout the day and you will never see it like that again. So, if you ever have any business to take on the other side of the hill, if you wanna go to Santa Monica or if you have clients out there like I do, now is the time to start showing them some homes. Number two is getting some alcohol to go. Yeah, it's kinda weird, but I was at Salsa & Beer the other day and I got a margarita to go. Normally, you can't do that. If you wanna get a margarita, you gotta sit down, you gotta get tossed, and you gotta Uber home. It kind of forces you to just go drink at home. So, you can still get all your delicious brews from local breweries. You can just go home and just drink it there instead of having to deal with sobering up or Ubering home. And number three is to buy a home right now. I still feel bad for a lotta the sellers that have to really sell, but real estate is an essential business for that reason, because people that really need to sell have to sell.
